Vad tänker ungdomar i Sverige och Filippinerna om framtiden?

I want to work with something that helps people, gladly in Plan or any other aid-organisation. I’d like to see that I’ve helped people feeling better, and then I would be very proud. One thing that I also think is important is that I have a job that I’m happy in. Nice work-mates, nice work-environment and so on. I hope my future will be as I want it, but I also would like to get surprises and a lot of turns on the road of life. I’d like to travel a lot, se a lot of countries all over the world. Learn new languages and see other cultures. I think it’s interesting to see how other people live.  I want to study sufficiently, not too much, not too less. Knowledge makes you smart and you’ll need it. But I don’t want to spend my half life studying. Off course I also would like to have money, but I think the most important thing is to be happy. If you’re happy you don’t need money, that isn’t the thing that makes you happy. Elise, 15 years old, Sweden.

My dreams and thoughts for my future is to help my parents from poorest ness. After I graduate my most favorite course is tourism. I want to tour around the world and see all of the hotspot, like your country in Sweden. I also want to help my peers and some children like me to understand what their “Rights and Responsibilities” are in the future. I also want to encourage them to participate to every program of our community. I also want to share with them all that I know about HIV/AIDS and how to prevent this kind of diseases, early marriage and about early pregnancy. I will also encourage them to learn about the importance of our environment. I will teach them that planting trees is so important to avoid the danger that will cause by the storm and global warming. Hi! I am a teenage boy from the Philippines. My ambition is to finish my studies, to obtain a better and decent job and to fulfill my recent dream: to help my countrymen especially youth. As a youth, I want to help people, not only my fellow village but nationwide. I want to travel to acquire experiences and gain different knowledge on how I could be of help to my government.

In the near future I want to se myself as the one who will share my specific information and technical skills to my fellow youth. I will make myself responsible to lead them to the right path so they can be a great help, not only to their families but also to our country.
